摘 要
活塞式壓縮機是一種容積式壓縮機,用來提高氣體壓力和傳送氣體,目前廣泛用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中,例如:石油、化工、冶金、輕功、紡織、及采礦等。因此,氣體壓縮機是近代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中不可缺少的通用機械。結(jié)合所學(xué)過的中小型壓縮機,了解其基本結(jié)構(gòu)及其工作原理,重點掌握其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計學(xué)會所含零部件的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計方法及其強度校核方法,在設(shè)計過程中,理論聯(lián)系實際,最終了解設(shè)計一個機械設(shè)備基本思想和方法。
W型風(fēng)冷微型活塞式壓縮機主要用于工業(yè)中氣體壓縮,雖然其結(jié)構(gòu)有別于其他壓縮機,但它們原理相似。因此可以根據(jù)已知的壓縮機類型,通過互相比較進而進行設(shè)計。
整個設(shè)計過程包括整體總體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、熱力學(xué)的計算、初定相關(guān)零部件結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸,然后借助CAXA等繪圖軟件,選定軸承等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件,應(yīng)用強度理論對其進行必要的強度校核以滿足實際的需要,最后確定壓縮機的輔助設(shè)備。
