摘 要
塑料工業(yè)是新興的工業(yè)，是現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中的一個(gè)重要的行業(yè)，與其他工業(yè)相比它是一個(gè)年輕的，但發(fā)展前景廣闊的工業(yè)部門。
在機(jī)械制造業(yè)中，塑料廣泛的被用來(lái)制造零件、部件。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，每年大約有25﹪的塑料用于機(jī)電行業(yè)各個(gè)部門。塑料機(jī)械隨著工業(yè)的發(fā)展而逐步的成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。在塑料機(jī)械中，塑料擠出機(jī)是最多的機(jī)種之一，是塑料制品加工量最大的一種加工機(jī)械。
塑料擠出機(jī)在現(xiàn)代工業(yè)中有著廣泛的應(yīng)用，其中φ120塑料擠塑機(jī)主要用于各種熱塑性塑料的擠出成型。若配置相應(yīng)的機(jī)頭及輔機(jī)，選用合適的螺桿，能將聚氯乙烯（軟或硬）聚乙烯、聚丙烯、ABS等塑料連續(xù)擠制成管、膜、瓶、帶、絲、粒、板、異型材、電線電纜等制品。其主要特點(diǎn)是：吸收國(guó)外同類先進(jìn)產(chǎn)品的特點(diǎn)、電控箱與擠塑機(jī)組成一體化形式。 設(shè)計(jì)有多種形式的螺桿，長(zhǎng)徑比值大。采用可控硅直流電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)，無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速平穩(wěn)可靠，亦可用變頻電機(jī)。機(jī)筒外設(shè)置鑄鋁加熱器，并配有冷卻用吹風(fēng)機(jī)。 由數(shù)字顯示溫度控制儀實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控溫、定溫。具有軸向力過載保護(hù)和扭矩過載保護(hù)功能。 采用智能化雙顯數(shù)字化溫控儀，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)控制，控制精度高。
此次設(shè)計(jì)包括φ120塑料擠出機(jī)的總體布局，傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，螺桿軸承部分的結(jié)構(gòu)及其布置形式，擠壓系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，主要零件的校核。

Abstract
The plastics industry is the emerging industry, is in a modern industry important profession, compares it with other industries is young, but prospects for development broad Industry sector.
In the machine-building industry, the plastic widespread is used for to make the components, the part. Statistics indicated that probably has 25 plastics to use in mechanical and electrical profession each department every year. Plastic machinery gets up with but step-by-step growing up of development of industry.
In the plastic machinery, the plastic extruding machine is one of most aircraft types, is the plastic products process load biggest one kind of processing machinery. Plastic forces out machine having broad application in modern industry, phi120 plastic extruders among them are used for various thermoplastic plastics’ mainly to force out molding. If deploying the corresponding hand piece and auxiliary engine , selecting and using the right bolt , being able to Geon (soft or hard) plastic continuation such as polyethylene , polypropylene , ABS be pushed against manufacture the tube , film , bottle , belt , silk , granule , board , heterotypic products such as material , wire cable. Its main characteristic is: The characteristic, electricity absorbing the advanced abroad product of the same kind charges a box for being composed of the integration form with forcing out machine. Design bolt having various forms, long footpath ratio is big. Adopt the silicon controlled rectifier continuous current dynamo drive, steeples speed regulating is stable reliable, frequency conversion electric motor also available. Machine is set up outside the tube casting the aluminum heater, and be qualified for have a cooling to use a blower. From digital display temperature under the control of instrument realization, the automation charges the temperature, fixes the temperature. Have axial force overload protection and the moment of torsion overload protection function. Adopt the intellectualized two digitized obvious temperature to charge an instrument, realizes auto control, under the control of accuracy height. The design designing entire allocation, drive including those phi120 plastic forces out machine this time systematically, bolt axle bearing part structure and their design arranging a form, squeezing system, main part school examines.
