內容提要
水管聯(lián)接壓蓋是用級進模生產的機械產品，采用雙側刃定距、彈壓卸料、自然落料多工位連續(xù)沖載所得。
本模具結構特點:
(1) 下模固定板具有高精度、長壽命：下模固定板與凸模固定板一樣，選用淬透性好、淬火變形小的合金模具鋼材料，熱處理達HRC50—55，線切割加工，以保證下模固定板的高精度和長壽命。
(2) 快速更換沖裁凹模鑲塊：更換凹模時，用一個銷釘從下模墊板的廢料落孔將凹模鑲塊從固定板內頂出，不必拆卸聯(lián)接固定板的螺釘和銷釘，有時還無需將模具從高速沖床上卸下，因此更換凹模速度快，而且可保證模具的重復裝配精度，提高模具的使用壽命。
