摘 要
本文對(duì)小型液壓挖掘機(jī)底盤進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),挖掘機(jī)的底盤部分主要包括車架、行走裝置和懸架三部分。行車架是整體骨架,用來安裝所有的總成和部件。行走裝置用來支持機(jī)體,把動(dòng)力裝置傳到驅(qū)動(dòng)輪上的驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩和旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng)變?yōu)檐囕v工作與行駛所需的驅(qū)動(dòng)力和速度。懸架是車架和行走裝置之間互相傳力的連接裝置。另外,本文在詳述履帶行走裝置整體設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)驅(qū)動(dòng)輪、拖鏈輪、導(dǎo)向輪、支重輪結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
In this paper, the design of small hydraulic excavator chassis. The chassis parts include three parts. Overall skeleton frame is used to install all the assemblies and components. Walking device used to support the body, the power plant came on the drive wheel torque and rotary movement into a vehicle required for working and driving the driving force and speed. Suspension is a walking frame and transmission device between the connected devices. In this paper, detailed walking track devices based on the overall design, but also on the driving wheel, drag chain, guide wheel, supporting wheels structure design, for some of the key parts of the design verification calculation.
