摘要
目前我國(guó)各種選煤廠(chǎng)使用的設(shè)備中,振動(dòng)篩是問(wèn)題較多、維修量較大的設(shè)備之一。這些問(wèn)題突出表現(xiàn)在篩箱斷梁、裂幫,稀油潤(rùn)滑的箱式振動(dòng)器漏油、齒輪打齒、軸承溫升過(guò)高、噪聲大等問(wèn)題,同時(shí)伴有傳動(dòng)帶跳帶斷帶等故障。這類(lèi)問(wèn)題直接影響了振動(dòng)篩的使用壽命,嚴(yán)重影響了生產(chǎn)。2YAH1548型圓振動(dòng)篩可以很好的解決此類(lèi)問(wèn)題,因此本次設(shè)計(jì)的振動(dòng)篩為2YAH1548型圓振動(dòng)篩,該系列振動(dòng)篩主要用于煤炭行業(yè)中物料分級(jí)、脫水、脫泥、脫介等作業(yè)。其工作可靠,篩分效率高,但設(shè)備自身較重。設(shè)計(jì)分析論述了設(shè)計(jì)方案,包括振動(dòng)篩的分類(lèi)與特點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)方案的確定;對(duì)物料的運(yùn)動(dòng)分析,對(duì)振動(dòng)篩的動(dòng)力學(xué)分析及動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)的計(jì)算,合理設(shè)計(jì)振動(dòng)篩的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸;進(jìn)行了激振器的偏心塊等設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,包括原始的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),電動(dòng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)與校核;進(jìn)行了主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算,皮帶的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算與校核,彈簧的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,軸的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算,軸承的選擇與計(jì)算,然后進(jìn)行了設(shè)備維修、安裝、潤(rùn)滑及密封的設(shè)計(jì),最后進(jìn)行了振動(dòng)篩的環(huán)保以及經(jīng)濟(jì)分析。

1 緒論
1.1前言
從井下或露天采礦開(kāi)采出來(lái)的或經(jīng)過(guò)破碎的物料,是以各種大小不同的顆粒混合在一起的。在選礦廠(chǎng)、選煤廠(chǎng)和其它的工業(yè)部門(mén)中,物料在使用或進(jìn)一步處理前,常常需要分成粒度相近的幾種級(jí)別。物料通過(guò)篩面的過(guò)孔分級(jí)稱(chēng)為篩分。篩分所用的機(jī)械稱(chēng)為篩分機(jī)械。
在選礦廠(chǎng)和選煤廠(chǎng)中應(yīng)用的篩分機(jī)械有很多種結(jié)構(gòu)型式,如固定格篩、弧形篩、旋流篩,滾軸篩,簡(jiǎn)篩、搖動(dòng)篩,慣性振動(dòng)篩和共振篩等。目前,由于慣性振動(dòng)篩具有構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、生產(chǎn)能力大,篩分效率高等優(yōu)點(diǎn),因而在選礦廠(chǎng)、選煤廠(chǎng)及其它工業(yè)部門(mén)中已被廣泛用于分級(jí),脫水,脫介和脫泥作業(yè)。共振篩在生產(chǎn)實(shí)踐中也取得較好的效果,但因具有較大的沖擊裁荷,故其機(jī)件(如橫梁與側(cè)板)容易損壞。須進(jìn)一步研究和改進(jìn)。隨著煤礦開(kāi)采能力和入洗原煤量的提高,作為物料分級(jí)篩選的主要設(shè)備——振動(dòng)篩也不斷向大型化發(fā)展。
