本畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)課題任務(wù)的內(nèi)容：本設(shè)計(jì)是原有釬探設(shè)備的替代產(chǎn)品。主要由探桿、電磁錘頭、計(jì)數(shù)裝置、控制裝置、探桿起拔裝置等組成。
本設(shè)計(jì)要求結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)合理，成本較低、滿足工作性能。而且操作方便的目的。設(shè)計(jì)成果要求設(shè)計(jì)圖紙和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算書(shū)各一套，并進(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)仿真樣機(jī)和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
摘要
按照我國(guó)建筑規(guī)范，絕大部分建筑工程基礎(chǔ)土方開(kāi)挖后都要對(duì)槽底地質(zhì)進(jìn)行勘探，一般稱釬探，以確定基礎(chǔ)下一定深度內(nèi)地質(zhì)的均勻度，看是否有局部過(guò)硬或過(guò)軟的地質(zhì)情況，以便于地基處理。以往一般采用人工釬探的方式進(jìn)行，但是人工釬探存在費(fèi)用高、速度慢、不標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、力量不均等諸多弊端，且多數(shù)工人往往應(yīng)付了事，起不到應(yīng)有的效果。
本設(shè)計(jì)新型電動(dòng)釬探機(jī)最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是設(shè)計(jì)構(gòu)思新穎，體積小，重量輕，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，錘重一定，錘頭自然下落，無(wú)其他人為因素，運(yùn)輸方便，移機(jī)快捷，安全可靠，便于維修，操作簡(jiǎn)單，一看便會(huì)。采用單相電源，工作效率是人工打釬的五倍以上，可節(jié)省大量的人力物力及所需費(fèi)用，有效縮短工期。
新型電動(dòng)釬探機(jī)主要有三部分組成：電磁錘、自鎖器與地腳組成。其工作過(guò)程如下：用底架把探桿放置穩(wěn)當(dāng)，并與地面垂直，然后利用錘釬裝置錘擊探桿頭部，錘入一定的深度，并記錄錘擊次數(shù)，最后利用起釬設(shè)備把探桿從地下拔起，完成一次釬探工作，然后移動(dòng)放釬器到下一釬探點(diǎn)接著進(jìn)行釬探。
